Download reviews and account data
Download a copy when you need a record, a backup, or a file for another workflow.

Where downloads are available
Open Profile, then Data, to see the downloads available for your plan. Individual review downloads may also appear from a review's More options menu.
Choose the record you need
You can download supported Library, action, reminder, review, collection, or account records when the corresponding feature is available to your plan.
File formats
The download screen may offer formats such as Markdown, CSV, or JSON. Choose a format only when you have a use for it. CSV is useful for spreadsheet-style records, JSON is a structured account archive, and Markdown is a readable individual-review document.
Downloads do not change your data
Creating a download does not delete, publish, or modify the underlying BreezeCheck records. Keep downloaded files secure because they may contain private information.
Plan availability
Some downloads are limited to Plus or Pro. The app shows the required plan before starting the download.
