    I did not receive verification email

    Check your spam or promotions folder. If nothing arrives within a few minutes, request another email. If it still doesn't arrive, contact support with your account email.

    I ran out of credits

    Upgrade to Plus or Pro. Credit packs are available only when shown on your signed-in Credits page. Free plans refresh 5 credits every week; new Free accounts start with 25 starter credits.

    I bought credits but do not see them

    Refresh the Credits page. If they still don't appear, email support with your account email and approximate purchase time.

    Image text was not read correctly

    Retake the photo with even light, no glare, and a tight crop on the important text.

    I need to upload a clearer image

    Use daylight when possible, avoid shadows, and hold the camera steady. For labels, capture front and back separately.

    The result says Needs More Context

    The input didn't have enough detail to answer safely. Add specifics, dates, names, exact phrases, or another screenshot.

    I need to delete uploaded media

    Open Profile → Delete uploaded media. Your saved reviews are kept; only the uploaded files are removed.

    PWA install prompt is not showing

    Your browser may already have installed it, or your browser doesn't support install on your device. On iOS, install must be done from Safari via Share → Add to Home Screen.

    Batch item was interrupted

    Interrupted items are refunded. The rest of the batch continues. Retry the interrupted item on its own if needed.
